This privacy notice has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK", the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, concerning the processing of personal data of persons who visit our website and fill in the contact form.
This notice does not cover data belonging to the own customers of companies that use the Comvo platform. For surveys conducted through the platform, the data controller is the company that sends the survey, and the data subjects are informed through that company's privacy notice.

Personal Data Processed
- Identity and contact data: Your full name, business email address and phone number that you share in the contact form.
- Professional data: The name of the company or organization you work for and the number of branches or units.
- Request content: Information you write in the notes field.
- Transaction security data: IP address and request time, processed to prevent misuse when the form is submitted.
We kindly ask you not to share special categories of personal data (such as health, religion or ethnic origin) in the contact form.
Purposes of Processing
- Receiving and evaluating your demo and information requests and responding to you,
- Providing product presentations and installation planning suited to your request,
- Conducting pre-contract discussions,
- Ensuring the security of the website and the form and preventing misuse,
- Fulfilling our legal obligations and responding to requests from competent authorities.
Method of Collection and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is collected electronically, directly from you, through the contact form on our website and by email. The data is processed based on the following legal grounds set out in paragraph 2 of Article 5 of KVKK:
- Subparagraph (c): Processing of personal data of the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract (demo and quotation process),
- Subparagraph (ç): Processing is mandatory for the data controller to be able to fulfill its legal obligation,
- Subparagraph (f): Processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject (responding to your request, site security).
Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above and with the necessary security measures taken, to:
- Suppliers from whom we receive email, hosting and infrastructure services,
- Competent public institutions and organizations within the scope of our legal obligations.
The servers of the service providers we use for the content delivery and security of our website and for email delivery may be located abroad; in this case, the transfer is carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of KVKK. Your personal data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention Period
Personal data submitted through the contact form is kept for a maximum of two years from the conclusion of your request; if a contract is established between us, the periods set out in the relevant legislation apply. At the end of the period, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Rights of the Data Subject
Under Article 11 of KVKK, by applying to the data controller, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information about it if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad,
- Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- Request its deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions in Article 7 of KVKK,
- Request that correction, deletion and destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom it has been transferred,
- Object to a result arising against you through the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,
- Claim compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
Application
You can submit your requests regarding your rights, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, together with information that verifies your identity, by sending an email to [email protected] or in writing to Akmerkez B Kule Kat 8, Etiler, Beşiktaş, İstanbul. Your application will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
